What should a new client know about working with you?

I am required to inform that I am a published author, an award winning professional artist having works published internationally, and have art on exhibit nationwide. My therapy specialities include depression, anxiety, neurodivergence, grief/bereavement, stress, difficult life changes, career, co-dependency, family, and relational issues. All services are private online.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to see who is driving the wheel or your life and let you get back in control. Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to allow you the mechanisms necessary to steer. REBT to let you process the you that you were in that review mirror, and accept who you are, today. For coaching, together we'll build the road of your dreams.
