I believe that we are able to improve our emotional and mental well-being by exploring our past while focusing on our present and future. When we are able to integrate all of the pieces of our lives, and observe and tweak how all of those different pieces interact with each other, then we are better able to make necessary adjustments for a more healthful way of living.
