Whether someone is new to therapy or returning after time away, my goal is to provide consistent support and help clients work toward meaningful and sustainable change.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

The first session is primarily focused on intake, getting to know the client, and understanding their concerns, history, and goals for therapy. I take time to build rapport and ensure clients feel comfortable, heard, and supported from the start. Ongoing sessions are conversational and supportive, while also incorporating practical strategies as appropriate. My approach is collaborative and flexible, allowing therapy to adapt to each individual’s needs and pace. I work with clients on an ongoing basis and support individuals across a wide range of ages, focusing on building insight, coping skills, and emotional resilience over time.
