Sean is a New York State Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 8 years of experience working with individuals and families in clinical settings. He holds a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Pace University, Pleasantville, and a Bachelor's degree from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. His experience ranges from working with adolescents in foster care to adult individuals and couples in the community struggling with a wide variety of mental health and relationship issues. With a person-centered approach, Sean provides individualized care to clients based on their needs. He utilizes his training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) to customize the client's therapy experience, develop a strong therapeutic relationship, and ensure their needs are met.
