I earned my Master’s in Counseling Psychology from McNeese State University. Over the years, I’ve worked in various capacities, but my approach to therapy has always remained the same: I am a solution-focused therapist. This means that instead of the traditional methods many therapists use, I focus on helping my clients develop lasting frameworks and strategies to address challenges even after therapy ends. My goal is to empower you with tools and systems that lead to meaningful, long-term change—not just quick fixes for temporary issues. My training includes specialized techniques such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT), and Reality Therapy.
