What should a new client know about working with you?

As a therapist, I specialize in helping individuals navigate life's most common challenges, including anxiety, depression, and stress. These are some of the most impactful issues that can affect mental and emotional well-being, and I offer personalized strategies to help you overcome them.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I often use CBT and Person-Centered Therapy in my practice. In our first session we will explore what brought you to therapy and then decide the most effective ways to help you reach your full potential. With CBT, we'll examine how your thoughts affect your emotions and experiences. During treatment we will explore how to push against those thoughts for more positive feelings.
