What should a new client know about working with you?

I have been in private practice for over 20 years. I work with my clients to create a safe space for them to work through the difficulties in their lives.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I have a fairly direct approach to therapy. I combine aspects of psycho-education, cognitive-behavioral therapy, family of origin work, and trauma-informed care to create a collaborative treatment plan with each client, based upon what works best for them.
