What should a new client know about working with you?

I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, family issues, and child and adolescent therapy and utilize evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, Trauma-Focused Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to create a safe and supportive space where growth and healing can happen.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My typical process for working with clients begins with a comprehensive intake session to understand their unique needs and goals. From there, we collaborate to develop a personalized treatment plan, integrating approaches such as talk therapy, CBT, art therapy, and somatic therapy. I create a safe, supportive space where clients can explore and heal, using techniques tailored to their specific concerns, whether it’s trauma, relationship challenges, or personal growth. Throughout our work together, I prioritize a holistic, client-centered approach to promote lasting positive change.
