Has life become overwhelming? Has the pandemic taken its toll on you on top of everything else? No matter what has you feeling off-balance, we can get you back on track and moving forward toward your best life. I hold a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Bradley University and work to provide a safe, non-judgmental, culturally safe space where you can share openly. Together, we identify what isn't working and implement best-practice interventions tailored to your goals. Curiosity about why we do what we do is helpful when creating different habits. Therefore, we work on cultivating a sense of curiosity so we can learn how to recognize what no longer serves us. When we are open to new possibilities, we reduce self-imposed limitations on improving our life experience. Strengthening what we are already good at lessens the impact of life's challenges. Integrating newly learned skills with existing strengths often leads to greater hope for the future and increased self-confidence. These changes can help you adopt new coping strategies, view challenges from fresh perspectives, and ultimately live your best life.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
