Hello, my name is Shauniqua Key. I'm here to help you build the mental fortitude to survive AND thrive in what at times can feel like a chaotic world. Working in the field of mental health for nearly 10 years has exposed me to many different people from many different places. I believe we are all more alike than we realize; even with our very personal life experiences, perspectives, and beliefs. I've found that at our core we all truly want to be whole - physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Most people desire peace, connection, and the freedom to pursue what they view as happiness. I hope to share my professional and authentic self to help you achieve just that. This is no easy feat and it is ok to seek a lending hand. While I'm open to serving any and everyone in need, my professional focus has primarily been on treating families, women, and children experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, emotional dysregulation, and relationship conflicts.
