I value providing a safe place for others to express themselves without judgment and with pure empathy and understanding. I have worked as an outpatient therapist for 10 years working with clients from all demographics and walks of life. As an outpatient therapist I have primarily worked with males ages 6-80 but welcome all! All therapy sessions are done virtually utilizing a secure, HIPAA compliant program, TherapyNotes. A link and client portal will be provided. I specialize in CBT but incorporate many modalities and techniques such as motivational interviewing, ACT, mindfulness and anxiety management that I feel will benefit a client because one size doesn’t always fit all. However, I do work with out of network benefits and provide all of my clients with “Superbills” on the 10th of each month to turn into their insurance providers for reimbursement.
