Sonia Landino, LCSW

Psychotherapist
FL
I am a neurodivergent Licensed Clinical Social Worker with lived experience of navigating a differently wired nervous system. I specialize in working with adults (18+) navigating identity, relationships, trauma, and neurodivergence. I provide trauma-informed, neuro-affirming, and holistic therapy grounded in evidence-based and depth-oriented approaches. I believe healing happens through a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship where clients feel safe, understood, and respected. I support individuals experiencing ADHD, ASD, C-PTSD, anxiety, depression, chronic illness, neurodevelopmental differences, attachment and relationship challenges, and grief and loss, including the effects of developmental and intergenerational trauma. I also work with people navigating major life transitions such as identity development, partnership and family changes, career shifts, aging, and transitions into elderhood, as well as women’s life cycles including reproductive, hormonal, relational, and role changes. My approach integrates psychodynamic, attachment-based, relational, internal family systems (IFS), transpersonal, and person-centered therapies, along with insights from neuroscience and systems theory. I incorporate psychoeducation, mindfulness, nervous-system regulation, and coping strategies to help you feel more grounded, resilient, and empowered. My goal is to support you in deepening self-understanding, strengthening self-trust, and creating a more meaningful, connected life.
