I have had 30 years of experience working with both individuals and couples ages 18 and up. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Fordham University. My approach to therapy is eclectic, with an emphasis on cognitive and dialectical behavioral therapy. To be kind, warm, and listen very closely to my clients is my communication style. I am passionate about my work.

I am non-judgmental and have a great deal of experience.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I typically ask for a problem. If you cannot focus on just one, I start where you're comfortable. I believe no problem is insurmountable.
