In our first sessions, I focus on building a strong, trusting connection. I’ll invite you to share what brought you to therapy, what’s currently on your mind, and what you hope to achieve. We’ll also explore important relationships, experiences, and strengths so I can understand you as a whole person. From there, we’ll establish goals together and create an approach tailored to you. Our sessions may include processing emotions, understanding relationship patterns, strengthening coping skills, setting healthy boundaries, and developing practical strategies for everyday life. Whether you’re facing a specific challenge or simply want to feel more confident and connected, we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable and supportive.
