I am Sowania Germain, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Perinatal Mental Health Certified (PMH-C) therapist specializing in supporting women, mothers, and couples through life transitions, pregnancy, postpartum challenges, birth trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship concerns. Whether you are navigating motherhood, trauma, anxiety, relationships, or major life changes, my goal is to help you feel heard and supported.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Sessions are tailored to each client’s individual goals and needs. During our initial sessions, we will focus on understanding your concerns, background, and what you hope to achieve through therapy. Together, we will create a treatment approach that may include evidence-based interventions such as EMDR, trauma-informed therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and other approaches that best support your healing and growth.
