Dr. Hellow is a very warm, caring therapist. I have had many therapist and she is definitely the best. I feel she understands me and she helps me to see things in a different light. I feel so much better after our sessions. I wish I could see her everyday. Highly recommended if you have anxiety, PTSD, or a lot of trauma.

She is truly amazing! I feel heard without judgment, and I greatly appreciate her feedback. Unlike past therapists where I struggled to feel comfortable, she creates a space where I feel safe to open up, knowing she understands and relates to me.

If I could select every option for what stands out about Dr. Stacey Hellow instead of just two I would. Beyond empowering and intelligent she is kind, understanding and responsive. Through EMDR therapy she has helped me tremendously regain control of my life and heal from trauma.
