MD
I am thrilled that you have taken the first step in seeking quality, professional help in finding meaning to one’s own challenges through clinical support. My name is Stacey Rowe. I am known lovingly as 'The Hope Dealer' by those I serve. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a national board certified supervisor in the state of Maryland. I have over 10 years of experience, and I believe that my years in the trenches and overcoming some of life’s toughest battles give me the fortitude and empathy to stand alongside you in your mission of finding your happiness. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, workplace stress, post-traumatic stress disorders, persistent emotional disorders, grief and loss, marital challenges, parenting, adolescent and teen challenges, interpersonal concerns, and navigating the day-to-day concerns of life. I employ a person-centered, integrative approach to therapy by infusing evidence-based modalities to address the client’s presenting concerns. This means that therapy will be tailored to your specific needs based on research-based, approved assessments and techniques. I believe that the client is the pilot of the therapeutic journey, and I serve as the map to getting there. My role is that of a teammate collaborating with you to implement change in your life. As the Lead Therapist at Free Mind Integrated Services LLC, I am currently at full capacity for individual clients. However, I am proud to lead and supervise a team of highly skilled, compassionate therapists who have immediate availability to support you. Each clinician under my supervision is trained to provide quality, client-centered care, ensuring you receive the same level of professionalism, empathy, and clinical excellence that defines our practice. While my individual caseload is full, I am actively facilitating virtual group sessions on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.
