Hello, I'm Steven, and I've been a Licensed Professional Counselor for the past 23 years. My therapeutic approach is rooted in the cognitive-behavioral model, where we focus on beliefs, internal dialogue, and how these influence our perception of the environment and interactions with others. Additionally, I am well-versed in helping clients manage severe and disruptive behaviors, such as physical aggression, sexual misconduct, and chemical dependency. I also provide support for those dealing with marital and relationship issues. My goal is to help you navigate through your challenges and find a path to a more fulfilling and balanced life.
