My specialties include gender and sexuality explorations, racial and cultural identities, life transitions, anxiety and stress management, and relationship and sexual wellness. With experience in housing case management, I’ve learned firsthand that engagement in therapy and healing is one of the most helpful aspects of patients achieving self-sufficiency and stability. I approach care from a trauma-focused, multicultural perspective, with an eclectic approach that incorporates multiple treatment modalities. We collaborate on your plan, as you are the true expert in your life, and through this partnership we cocreate an authentic, safe, and equitable space that cultivates kindness, honesty, and trust. Treatment may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, person-centered, solution-focused therapy, meditation, and mindfulness practices.
