My passion (and really, my life’s work) is to create a safe, warm, and compassionate space where you feel truly supported and understood. I specialize in using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which is often considered the “gold standard” in therapy. I adapt it to your unique needs so that our work is not one-size-fits-all. I work with adults aged 18 to 60 and believe that a strong connection with your therapist is key to making progress. You’ll find that I’m not only here to guide you but also to get where you’re coming from, without judgment. Yes, life can feel heavy—and sure, CBT is evidence-based and effective—but we’ll also allow for moments of lightness because life’s too short not to balance the hard work with a little humor.
