Hello, my name is Susana Wilson! I'm excited to meet you and start our therapy work together. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I have dedicated my career to helping individuals navigate life's challenges. I completed my education and training at IUPUI in 2010, and since then, I've gained extensive experience in both clinical settings and teletherapy. My journey has allowed me to work with clients facing anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma, providing them with the support they need in the present moment. I believe that there isn't a 'one-size-fits-all' approach to therapy. My goal is to meet you where you are and empower you to overcome any obstacles you may face. I want to help you live your best life because you matter to me. In our sessions, I utilize a variety of treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness, to tailor our work to your unique needs. My specialties include anxiety, depression, grief and bereavement, life transitions, medical issues and physical health, and PTSD. I also offer therapy through SonderMind Video Telehealth, making it convenient for you to access care from the comfort of your own space. When we're not in session, I enjoy spending time outdoors, whether it's walking, hiking, or running. I cherish moments with loved ones, both near and far, and I have a passion for learning new research, languages, and traveling each year.
