That doesn't even include major life transitions that can impact our feelings of wellness. Sometimes life stressors can feel overwhelming and can make us feel stuck and unclear about which direction to grow in. I can help guide your mental health journey, and together we can learn how to help you navigate the many challenges that face you in your life's journey. In my over twenty years of experience in the mental health field, I've gained a multitude of experiences, and I'm very excited to start offering my expertise to private therapy clients. I enjoy working with adolescents, teens, and adults up to retirement age or later to help them navigate the stresses and difficulties of life transitions, peer pressure, family relationships, divorce, separation, and grief. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor and have a Master's Degree in Clinical Counseling, as well as a Master's Degree from the Wharton Graduate School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. In my first career in Business, I worked at IBM as a financial planner, and I have an understanding of the complex relationship most of us have with money. In addition, I have worked as a Director of Quality and Director of Compliance at three community mental health centers in Colorado and at two inpatient psychiatric hospitals in Colorado. I have been providing individual and group therapy since 2004
