I work with adults and teens (14+) who can't turn their brains off, are harder on themselves than anyone else would be, or just don't feel like themselves anymore. That can look like anxiety, overthinking, self-worth, identity questions, relationships, chronic illness (including POTS/EDS), or a big life change. I'm LGBTQIA+ and poly affirming, and I bring lived experience to that work.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My style is warm, authentic, and a little no-nonsense. I draw from CBT, DBT, ACT, and parts work, and I'm training in IFS and ERP. You don't need to know what to say or have anything figured out — we'll make sense of it together.
