Holding a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Baruch College, I utilize an integrated therapeutic approach to empower my clients to gain deeper insight into their inner dynamics, guiding them toward achieving positive, meaningful changes in their daily lives.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My therapeutic approach is warm and client-centered. Together, we will cultivate a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship to delve into your current behaviors, beliefs, and the impact of past experiences on your emotional well-being. I draw upon a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Attachment-based therapy, and psychodynamic therapy. These techniques aim to foster insight into the underlying causes of distress, and to recognize and break unhealthy patterns that may hinder progress in your present life.
