UpLift Behavioral Health providers do not issue prescriptions for substances controlled by any federal or state agency or other drugs that may be harmful because of their potential for abuse. UpLift Behavioral Health reserves the right to limit the types of medications that may be prescribed by its doctors and nurse practitioners. All prescriptions furnished by UpLift Behavioral Health care providers are issued in accordance with applicable federal and state law as well as UpLift Behavioral Health policy. For twenty years, my goal has been to help others feel happier by providing therapeutic support and education in a safe place free of shame, blame, or judgment. I aim to build a sense of trust by working within the client's pace and comfort level. Most of my career has focused on working with couples and families, driven by a passion to teach healthy communication and foster stronger relationship bonds. I also wrote a book and help families improve understanding and communication with outside caregivers—such as nannies, eldercare providers, and daycare staff—allowing for positive caregiving. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Columbia University, which has deepened my commitment to evidence-based practice and compassionate care. I hope even one session improves the well-being of the client, creating healthier relationships and lifestyles.
