With a passion for nurturing women's mental and emotional well-being, I offer holistic therapy for women who are living with anxiety, trauma, depression, and grief. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and EMDR-trained therapist, with a true passion for helping clients find freedom from the painful grips of being stuck in life due to depression, anxiety, and trauma. I am now offering EMDR Intensives to support you on your journey to experiencing rapid healing and growth!
