Tara Edwards, LMFT 135840 Life is a series of events occurring all around us. How we perceive them and how we react to them greatly influences how we function. Often we find ourselves feeling stuck, anxious and overwhelmed. At times we can catastrophize the events we are experiencing due to our past, and how our minds have experienced and stored information and emotions. I am here to help guide you through the struggles you are facing, and help pull you out of the emotional tar pit in which you have become glued with compassion and empathy.

I offer my clients unconditional positive regard, I encourage autonomy and highlight the importance of emotional intelligence in all the work I do.
