As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina and a Licensed Professional Counselor in Virginia, I am dedicated to providing world-class customer service and personalized care to each of my clients. My approach to therapy is collaborative and supportive. I believe in working together with my clients to create a safe and nurturing environment where they can explore their thoughts and feelings. Whether you're dealing with trauma, anger, stress, PTSD, military sexual assault, domestic violence, or other challenges, I'm here to help. I utilize a variety of methodologies and techniques, including Triple P, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and my certification as a Clinically Certified Sex Offender Treatment Specialist (CCSOTS), to tailor our sessions to your unique needs. In addition to my work in private practice, I have had the honor of serving as the Deployed Resiliency Counselor for the USS Dwight D. Eisenhower Command during Operation Inherent Resolve. During this time, I provided clinical services, conducted individual and group counseling sessions, and presented workshops on stress management, emotional regulation, and overall health and wellness to Sailors and Leadership.
