What should a new client know about working with you?

My focus will be to first understand you and establish a connection with you. Next, we will focus on introducing you to yourself, at your own pace. Periodically, I will challenge you to think about yourself in new ways and to reconnect with hidden parts of yourself. Connecting with these hidden parts will create lasting change. Over time, you may find your capacity to heal was inside you, you just need help accessing it. I will help you manage your anxiety, create meaningful connections, adjust to life's unexpected challenges, and understand yourself on a deeper level.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I provide a judgement-free, open space to talk about anything that's impacting you! It's not easy finding the right therapist. If you are curious about starting therapy, don't hesitate to reach out today. I provide a free 15-minute consultation to help you discover if I would be the right fit for you.
