I enjoy working with young adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, relationships, identity, and pregnancy and postpartum. My style is warm and down-to-earth. I want therapy to feel like a conversation with someone who's fully in your corner while also helping you challenge patterns that no longer serve you.

What should a new client know about working with you?

If you've been telling yourself, "I should be able to handle this on my own," you're not the only one. So many people wait until they're overwhelmed before reaching out for support. The truth is, therapy isn't just for crisis, it's a place to understand yourself, make sense of what's been weighing on you, and learn how to move forward in a way that feels authentic. My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you feel safe to show up exactly as you are, without judgment or the pressure to have it all figured out. Wherever you're starting from, we'll figure it out together.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I believe therapy is personal, and what works for one person may not work for another. I typically start with talk therapy, taking the time to get to know you, understand what’s bringing you in, and what you’re hoping to gain. From there, we focus on what feels most important to you, whether that means exploring the past, understanding patterns, or finding tools to navigate the present. Some people prefer structure, while others need space to simply talk. We’ll figure out together what works best for you!
