“Towanta is great!! I really enjoyed working with her. Unfortunately we had to end our work together due to the extreme incompetencies of the front office and billing department. This should have nothing to do with the services provided; however, the lack of understanding and overall competency of the people organizing billing and appointments for Towanta has resulted in termination of service. The office charged me without notice to me or my insurance company. There was not effort to process the claim the correct way, simply talking to each other, checking their notes, compassion and understanding for a mistake they made. Because of their mistake I was told I would have to wait 2-4 weeks before receiving a refund. Please check the reviews of the office a provider is working out of in addition to the provider themselves. Washington Nutrition and Counseling has consistent 1 star reviews for the same matter. It's unfortunate that this reflects negatively for Towanta. ”
