My visit with Traci was focused and productive. She is able to help me manage my emotions in the moment but also hold me responsible for what I do that could be contributing to my problems (i.e. allowing fear and my thoughts to control me) so that I can actually improve my situation with the choices I can make. Traci is awesome at weaving through this nuance; she asks the right questions that help me give her the map she needs to navigate and help me best.

Tracie has been amazing throughout my time with her. She is encouraging, real and knows her stuff! She checks in with me even when I don't have an appointment scheduled and truly cares. Highly, highly recommend!!

I have been seeing Traci for 3 years & my visits are have never failed to meet my goals & I never go unheard or validated when im getting deep rooted things off my chest. Shes the perfect balance of lets heal, but lets also joke about things while we’re in here! I tell everyone about her and would recommend anyone in a heartbeat to her.

Tracie is the first therapist I’ve had who creates a space for me to feel comfortable to be my whole, imperfect self. I can be honest and explore complicated parts of myself, choices I’ve made, and life experiences without fear of judgement. I’ve made notable progress understanding myself and my relationships through our work together and feel more confident and free to live my life without so much pressure and anxiety. I’m grateful for her professionalism, her perspective and her guidance. I’d highly recommend Tracie to anyone looking for a therapist.

Tracie is a very kind and professional therapist. She is an amazing listener and I have never felt more validated and understood. She expertly identified areas where I needed to focus on and taught me the appropriate coping tools I needed, which I still use today. We implemented several forms of therapy and I found them to be very effective. I'm forever grateful for the work I've done with Tracie and highly recommend her!

Both of our teens (with very different personalities) connected extremely well with Tracie. She has a laid back but very professional manner in which she engages teenagers (and parents!). She instantly became a trusted adult for our kids. Tracie takes time to get to know her clients, develops tailored strategies, and continues to check in and reassess. Couldn't ask for a better counselor!
