Sometimes, it isn't what happens to us that causes us to suffer, but what we say to ourselves about what happens. I work to empower people to address their issues and overcome obstacles. I become part of your team, working with you to achieve your goals. I don't believe in focusing on labels and diagnoses. Instead, I see that people sometimes struggle with different behaviors, emotions, and thoughts. My job is to help you modify, explore, change, or simply understand those behaviors, emotions, and thoughts so you can maximize your potential and be the best you that you can be! I hold a PsyD in Clinical Psychology from St. John's University and a Master's in Clinical Social Work from Columbia University, which inform my compassionate and individualized approach. Let's make the journey of 100 steps together. If you take the first step, I will help you take the next 99!
