Therapy is a gift that allows one's inner strength to emerge. I believe our personal journey through life's experiences make us who we are. My own journey has led me to my career as a psychotherapist that allows me the opportunity and honor to work together with my clients to recognize their own strengths and limitations to achieve their goals. This takes place within a strong, non-judgmental, therapeutic relationship that is built on empathy, trust, safety, and compassion.
I tailor therapy to meet the needs of each individual client, however, I have experience in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, CBT, Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing.
I have experience in treating substance abuse, relationship issues, grief, LGBT issues, anxiety, and depression. What I love about this work is that I am able to inspire individuals to find the courage, skills, and resilience to improve their current life circumstances and relationships to help them strive to identify their true potential. My clients not only survive life, they live life! Empowering you will always be a central goal in our sessions.
