UpLift Behavioral Health providers do not issue prescriptions for substances controlled by any federal or state agency or other drugs that may be harmful because of their potential for abuse. UpLift Behavioral Health reserves the right to limit the types of medications that may be prescribed by its doctors and nurse practitioners. All prescriptions furnished by UpLift Behavioral Health care providers are issued in accordance with applicable federal and state law as well as UpLift Behavioral Health policy. I believe that life is stressful and finding the time to cope can be challenging. This is why you need a therapist on your side-teaching, advocating, and helping to define the problems you face, determine your goals, and work with you to improve your quality of life. I hold a Master's in Social Work from the University of New Hampshire and a Bachelor's degree from Southern New Hampshire University. I have spent years helping the family, loved ones, and friends of those with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. I also provide one-on-one therapeutic support for adults actively working on recovery from alcohol, drug, and gambling addiction. Apart from substance abuse issues, I work individually with adult clients experiencing anger, depression, anxiety, trauma, or anyone in a difficult life transition.
