Psychotherapist

Do you feel disconnected from your partner, or stuck reliving the effects of trauma? I help couples rebuild trust, communication, and closeness — and I help individuals move through trauma and PTSD toward a sense of safety and control again. With couples, I draw on attachment theory and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help you understand the patterns driving disconnection, repair after conflict or betrayal, and rediscover the relationship you want. Whether you're navigating a specific rupture or a slow drift apart, we'll work together to build a new, stronger normal. With individuals facing trauma or PTSD, I use TF-CBT and DBT to build emotional regulation and distress tolerance, along with narrative therapy to help you process your story and reclaim your sense of power.

Do you feel disconnected from your partner, or stuck reliving the effects of trauma? What should a new client know about working with you?

I offer a warm, collaborative, nonjudgmental space. My goal isn't to "fix" you, it's to help you rediscover resilience, clarity, and confidence, whether that means reconnecting with your partner or finding steady ground again after trauma. If this sounds like what you're looking for, I'd love to talk about how I can help.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I typically start with an initial consultation where we get to know each other and I learn more about what's bringing you in as a couple and what you're hoping to get out of therapy, no pressure, just a conversation. From there, we'll work together to set some goals and figure out a pace that feels right for both of you. I primarily work with couples, drawing on attachment based approaches to help you understand the patterns and cycles that show up in your relationship and build a stronger, more secure connection. I also occasionally work with individuals, using approaches like CBT and DBT depending on what fits best. Sessions are virtual, so you can meet with me from wherever is most comfortable for you. Every couple's journey looks a little different, and I really value building that collaborative relationship as we go. Feel free to reach out with any other questions, I'm happy to chat before we get started!
