Thank you for your continuous assistance in this long road of healing! I’m much better because of our sessions and thank you for those last minute conversations.
Vera Bellamy is great! She is patient and a good listener; was very easy to open up to her from the very beginning; she provides her inputs in a friendly but professional manner. She has helped me tremendously since I started seeing her and I’m grateful for it. Recommend 100%.
Let me tell you, I was going through a bit of a rough patch before I started seeing Vera and she has completely helped me change my life around. She really listens and helps to solve any issues that I have on my mind. She is never judgmental and as a college student I am grateful that she is able to empathize with me and my problems. Vera is a wonderful Therapist for anyone going through a hard time or just needing someone to talk to. I have gone to Vera for minor concerns and major concerns and I have felt better after every single therapy session. Could not recommend her enough!!
Dr uses a 3rd party company called Alma for insurance & intake. I completed all of the documents & insurance info well ahead of time. The day of appointment, she texted me to say that her outside company still hadn’t verified insurance, which is insane. She’s on the plan. I know because I was able to verify benefits for this provider in less than 10 minutes. She cancelled the appointment & wanted us (this was couples counseling) to rebook after insurance was verified. There should be a policy for when providers cancel appointments less than 24 hours before the appointment. My husband & I are both in the healthcare field and getting our schedules lined up to be available at the same time takes a lot of maneuvering. The final straw was when she texted me saying “I don’t know nothing about it”. Any practitioner who uses grammar that poor is not the one for us.

Vera is an excellent therapist! I have actually recommended her to a few people who see her regularly. Vera listens to what is going on. She genuinely cares and she helps you find the tools from within yourself to address what is going on in your life. She empowers you and gives you coping skills to tackle life’s challenges. You start to see yourself grow and handle things differently. She is not judgmental or condescending and she never tells you what to do. She helps you plan goals that have achievable and realistic outcomes and helps ground yourself. If you’re reading this, book a session with Vera. You won’t regret it!
One my first session but I was very very impressed and comfortable with Vera. She was very attentive, paid close attention asked good questions and had Insightful thoughts and suggestions. She had a very warm and comforting demeanor, and I look forward to working with her.
Having gone to a therapist on and off since age 4, Vera is one of the only Therapists with the unique ability to understand the below surface traumas and at the same time challenging you to be better!!! Personally over the past 20 weeks or so she has played the major role in guiding me to be a better version of myself which positively affects everyone and everything in my world. Too bad there isn’t a 100 star option.
Vera is a wonderful therapist, I've been seeing her for over 6 months now. She's very easy to talk to and has helped me immensely with improving my communication skills. I find her to be very insightful and recommend her to friends and family.
Vera is an extremely talented individual. She is empathetic while forcing you to be extremely honest with yourself and help you understand the root of your issues. Her knowledge and expertise in several different areas of psychology have allowed her to really hone in on what makes her patients tick. I am grateful for our sessions and always look forward to them, even when I know I have to look inward and face some harsh truths. Thank You!
