With over 25 years of experience working with individuals and couples, I address issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship conflicts, illness, parenting, loss, bereavement, and aging. My focus is on developing your personal strengths, emotional and relational intelligence, and resilience.
My approach
Based on the trust and respect we build, our work will focus on making your life more satisfying and productive. I have extensive experience with family, healthcare, bereavement, and relationship issues and use evidence-based practices to help you change behavior patterns that cause stress and hinder your goals.

We can address a wide range of issues keeping you stuck in stress, anxiety, anger, depression, and dissatisfaction in personal and work relationships. I look forward to working with you to increase coping skills and move beyond symptom relief toward more satisfying relationships.

I have experience and training in education, working with children and adults in various settings. I am a certified teacher, licensed therapist, hold a doctorate in adult learning, and a Master's in Social Work from New York University.
