I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who has been working in mental health for 10 years. I have worked in both inpatient and outpatient facilities with adolescents and adults; my focus is LGBTQIA+ therapy, neurodivergence, suicidal ideation, trauma/PTSD, eating disorders, anxiety, anger management, and self harm.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I create a warm, nonjudgmental, and supportive space for you to share your life experiences and goals for treatment. I provide a gender affirming, person centered, and trauma informed approach to create a space for you to be vulnerable and share their journey and goals for therapy.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I am passionate about helping others meet their mental health goals and strive to create an environment that will help you feel seen and understood. I value honesty, authenticity, and affirming care, with a little bit of humor mixed in. I'd love to have a free 15 minute consultation with you to discuss your goals!
