I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Texas State University and specialize in working with neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ teens and adults. Using a relational, strengths-based approach and DBT skills, I help reduce self-harm and manage symptoms from multiple mood disorders. What should a new client know about working with you?

As a queer, neurodivergent therapist, I especially enjoy working with clients who are exploring identity, navigating life with multiple diagnoses, and building resilience after trauma. With past experience in crisis work, I specialize in helping clients manage chronic suicidality and reducing self-harming behaviors.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Whether you prefer structure through DBT or CBT, skills-based ADHD coaching, or an open approach like RCT or humanistic therapy, we will collaborate to find the right approach for your unique needs. I always work from a relational and trauma-informed lens, using evidence-based techniques. Above all, you are in charge of every session; my job is to help you get what you need out of therapy.
