All prescriptions furnished by UpLift Behavioral Health care providers are issued in accordance with applicable federal and state law as well as UpLift Behavioral Health policy. I am a Provisional Mental Health Counselor Licensee with a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Antioch University - New England (Keene, NH). During our therapeutic time together, I want to help you learn tools that will work for you to navigate life. I use mindfulness-based techniques, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, trauma-based therapy, Positive Psychology, and grief therapy.

I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
