I’m Victoria Whitfield, a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in Virginia, Utah, South Carolina and Missouri. I earned my MS in Family Therapy from Friends University and bring 10 years of experience. I blend compassionate, attachment-based work (Emotionally Focused, Imago, Gottman) with practical, present-moment strategies (CBT, Solution-Focused) to help you repair trust, communicate clearly, and grow resilience. My specialties include abuse and trauma, anxiety, depression, attachment and communication, codependency and commitment concerns, blended families, Christian counseling, and dating coaching.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I work with individuals, couples, and families—including high-conflict couples, military families, and those moving through divorce recovery—who want more connection, steadier communication, and usable tools for change. I welcome all identities and faith backgrounds, and I treat vulnerability as strength.

I am fully out of network and charge $200 for individual sessions and $245 for couples sessions. I am able to provide you with a monthly superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
