What should a new client know about working with you?
I am a life-giver who believes laughter is healing. I utilize motivational interviewing and solution-focused coaching. Our stories are powerful, illuminating problematic thought patterns, inner wounds, and our interpretation of life experiences. Once this is established, we can collaborate on realistic and attainable goals to bring about healing and change.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
My goal is to see you achieve your life purpose in working through negative thoughts, life experiences and emotions, resulting in personal freedom and self growth. I aim to provide a safe environment to explore your story and challenge negative belief systems thus producing emotional growth and healing. This is achieved through collaboration, genuineness, and readiness to change.
