I start with a free 15-minute consultation to learn about your needs and ensure we are a good fit. If we move forward, the first full session is an intake where we explore your history, current concerns, and goals for therapy. From there, ongoing sessions focus on practical mind-body strategies, coping skills, and consistent progress toward the changes you want to see.
