My approach blends warmth, cultural understanding, and evidence-based care through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Written Exposure Therapy (WET), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). In our first session, my priority is to create a supportive space where the you feel comfortable sharing your story. We'll take time to explore what brings you to therapy and what changes you are hoping to make. Together, we'll develop a clear, meaningful goal to reflect what you want to focus on in treatment. The process will be collaborative as you enter your therapeutic journey.
