As a proud Henderson native, I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV). With nearly five years of clinical experience, I specialize in working with high-stress professionals, first responders, and individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, and depression. My therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed strategies.
