My goal is to be an effective and empathetic counselor, empowering individuals by assisting them to understand and overcome personal, social, and behavioral problems that affect their development or prevent them from reaching their greatest potential. I specialize in a variety of areas including addiction, anger management, antisocial behavior, anxiety, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, depression, family relationships, grief/bereavement, LGBTQIA+ support, life transitions, multicultural/diversity issues, perinatal support (pregnancy, prenatal, postpartum), PTSD, intimate/romantic relationships, sex/intimacy issues, stress, and trauma. I have a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling and advanced graduate studies in Rehabilitative Counseling, but more importantly, I have over 25 years of experience working with individuals and encouraging them to become their best selves.
