Very nice and professional, listened to everything I had to say, and answered all of my questions. She made me feel very comfortable. The staff was also very nice and professional as well. I waited about 15 minutes in waiting room and Dr. came in right away.

This was my 1st visit with Dr. Bustamante and I was very pleased with the entire experience. Everyone in the office is very friendly, yet professional and I feel the doctor was very thorough in answering my questions. I would definitely recommend Dr. Bustamante!

I usually do not wait but this appointment I waited 1 1/2 hours! My appointment was at 10:30 and the doctor did not come into my room until 12:00. The reception said there was an emergency, but I was still disappointed in the long wait.

There was a long wait because of the patient before me and I was really nervous because I am 24 and it was my first time seeing someone for my annual checkup that wasnt the pediatrician I've had since I was a child. Alma made me feel very comfortable and at ease and I couldn't be happier with my overall visit.

The office staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The nurses and medical staff were awesome and I loved Dr. Bustamante! She has excellent bedside manner, she is compassionate and listens to questions and concerns that not only I had, but my husband. She has a way about her that put me at ease.
