I was unsatisfied with my entire experience. To begin with they confirmed the appointment for 8:30...there office opens at 9:00 am. When they did open the doors at 8:50, I was the first patient in and still didn't see the doctor until 9:30. Finally, I see the doctor and she basically acted as if I was in the wrong office for the conditions I needed her to treat (which are not beyond her scope). She left the office after 7 minutes with me and sent in her nurse to give me prescription refills well below my normal amounts. When I questioned why there were no refills on medications without refill restrictions I received no explanation.
I would like to be clear that ZocDoc is in no way responsible for my experience. They were fantastic. I called support when no one was in the office at 8:30 and they did everything they could to fix it.

Dr. Khan was friendly enough but I went for an annual physical which is covered 100% by my insurance. However serveral "extra" services were thrown in without consulting with me first and ended up with a bill I was not expecting. When I called for an explanation the billing department was useless and uncaring. I find this to be deceptive billing and will not return next year.

Her office staff needs to be trained with customer service . When made appointment online they never confirmed .. Tried to call in around appointment time was told no one was in .. Deceived to show up and when arrived no staff in .. Then when office clerk came in she did not address my appointment at all. Very bad , stayed on her cell phone , overall will be looking for another doctor . If your front staff is not inviting then you will lose customers period .

I went in with concerns that in my opinion were overlooked and the standard procedures of what I went in for were not completed in its entirety. I chose this physician because I needed to be seen right away, however I won't be returning.
