Fast and easy. They can grab your insurance card from Zocdoc but you will have to provide it and your id during your visit. You’ll have to also complete some forms regarding your medical history. The doctor was nice and explained everything thoroughly and the staff were welcoming. I will be returning again.

Amazing bedside manner and so thorough and detailed to make sure my routine eye exam went great and calming. You can tell that she cares about the overall health of her patients and goes out of her way to educate you on everything step by step! I was also seen right away after filling my documentation for a first time patient!

This was the most informative eye appointment I've ever been to! The doctor was very knowledgeable and broke complicated things down in an easy to understand way. This appointment actually made me appreciate my eyes and body just a little bit more and the added touch of her noticing something about the nerves in my eye from birth was dope and VERY cool. It was a pleasure going to this doctor and the entire staff -- especially miss ma'am at the front desk that helped me pick my frames within the first 3 mins she picked out the pair inevitably stuck with. She knows which frames will accentuate your face shape. Which is a skill within itself. I can't wait to pick up my frames, thank yall!!

Really quick and easy! Dr. Ramirez saw me pretty much right away, after her support staff did some digital imaging on my eyes. She was very knowledgeable and made me feel like I was in good hands. My friend was the one who recommended her to me and I was very pleased with my overall experience! Definitely coming back every year for my eye exams.

Dr. Cledis gave me a great eye exam. She explained the images of my eyes to me, spent time going over my numbers with me, and gave me options for contact lenses. This was one of the best eye exams I’ve had and I’ve been wearing glasses since I was 5.
The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they spend time with each person throughout the process.
